I have a few pairs. An indoor pair I use as I find walking on hard floors uncomfortable after a while. The arch support and foam material stops me from developing any discomfort as it absorbs impact and promotes natural movement through the foot.
I also have my outdoor pair for walking around and as post-race recovery. As an endurance runner and mostly running on trails my feet take a battering. Again Oofos give me that arch support and comfort which is a blessing after running all day.
After my 100 miler (161km), Oofos were the only foot wear I could tolerate, so for me, they really have been a game changer and life saver.
Oofos footwear are a great investment and suitable for so many people not just athletes.
Now I just need all the colours...
